Dr. Rosen Panov- department chief

Dr. Panov graduated from the English Language high school in Sofia, after which he was accepted by Sofia Medical University. He was awarded a full stipend to study in the medical department of the Karlovski University in Prague, Czech Republic. He returned to Bulgaria in 1989, and graduated from the Sofia Medical University. He began his medical career at the Municipal General Hospital, in Samakov, Bulgaria. He continued his medical training and further specialized in general surgery, and worked many years as a general surgeon in the Fifth Municipal Hospital of Sofia, Bulgaria until 2005. In 2005, Dr. Panov was invited by the Tokushukai Medical Corporation to become the Tokuda Hospital director and to oversee the activities and development of the hospital. Dr. Panov accepted the position as the director position and continues to practice medicine as the department head of the “Second Surgery Department”. 

Dr. Panov strongly believes in the methods and techniques of minimally invasive procedures because they offer a huge advance in the level of medical care and the overall quality of medical services for the patient.

 

Dimitrinka Mancheva - chief nurse

She has graduated the Medical College Yordanka Filaretova at MU-Sofia in 1989. She has a bachelor degree in Management of health care and a  master's degree in Public Health. For many years she has been working in the Military Hospital as a nurse in "Intensive therapy" and "Emergency treatment"clinics. Additional qualifications in the field of emergency medical care and intensive care.
