Tokuda Recognized as the Best Health Care Brand in Bulgaria

Tokuda Hospital Sofia was awarded as the Best Brand in Bulgaria in the health care industry.

The award was officially presented to Executive Director of Tokuda Hospital Sofia, Dr. Iavor Drenski during the awards ceremony of the Best Brand Awards 2011, which was commenced for the first time in Bulgaria. The Best Brand award is only bestowed to premier client focused organizations that deliver the highest quality products and services which are market positioned with the goal to create social-public value and are recognized industry leaders.

"I am extremely proud that this first of its kind in Bulgaria award was granted to Tokuda Hospital Sofia", said Dr. Drenski when accepting the award. "This honor is a official recognition of the results of the 5-years of efforts of our entire hospital team to create a modern hospital dedicated to delivering high medical technology based services and comprehensive care for the sick and suffering”.

He added that the Japanese hospital will continue to invest in and improve its patient-focused policies and stressed that the next steps are extending the Tokuda Hospital Sofia brand across the geographic region and position the hospital as a hub of medical tourism in Bulgaria.
