Clinical Pathology Services

Our clinical pathology laboratory performs a comprehensive set of histological and instrumental biopsies for histological diagnostics, which covers a wide range of diseases including:

  • Diseases requiring surgical intervention
  • Gynecological
  • Broncho-pulmonary
  • Gastroenterological
  • Dermatological
  • Otolaryngology Ear Nose Throat (ENT) diseases
  • Opthomological

The cytology laboratory serves patients with gynecological, surgical and respiratory diseases.
The department offers a modern immunology laboratory for especially designed for breast cancer patients, which determines estrogen and progesterone receptors and HER 2 (herceptin) receptors.
