The department offers neurosurgical consultations and treatments for diseases of the central nervous system, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. 

The department performs the following surgical interventions:

  • Nueronavigation surgery based on Ultrasonography
  • Surgeries assisted by the latest generation of nueroendoscopic equipment
  • Modern minimally invasive microsurgical operations
  • Bloodless percutaneous vertebroplasty
  • Comprehensive spinal stabilization and reconstructive spinal operations
  • Medical care for critical patients with nuero-oncological and traumatic diseases

The department has an outpatient physician office for ambulatory services, which works closely with the medical imaging and neurology departments. 

We provide consultations concerning all areas related to neurosurgery for patients from Bulgarian National Health Insurance Fund and accept patients from other insurance funds and cash patients.
