Tokuda

The department has an out-patient doctor’s office, which is open every day except Sunday. Our doctors provide consultations for babies born in our hospital and of course for babies born in other hospitals.

In the office, newborn consultations are conducted and newborn immunizations are provided upon the parents’ request. 

The office also provides prevention and early diagnosis programs and treatment for the following: 

• Induced or congenital dysplasia of the hip joint
• Congenital deafness and hearing disorders screening using auditory evoked potentials
• Follow up monitoring of high- risk newborns
• Ultrasonic diagnosis of diseases of the central nervous system (CNS) 

To meet our patient’s needs, the diagnostic doctors office works in close collaboration with the Children's Disease Clinic, the ophthalmology, neurosurgery, medical imaging, clinical laboratory departments of   Tokuda Hospital Sofia, and maintains close contacts with the Cerebral Palsy Center and the National Cardiology Hospital.
