Upon your first visit please look for our information and central registration desks located to your left as you enter our central entrance, the staff will be happy to answer all of your questions.

Your medical service begins at the central registration desk when our staff enters your information into our IT system, to create an e-health file and to issue you a Tokuda patient card.


After entering you into our IT system, our staff can schedule your appointment and/or direct you to the proper local registration desk or department depending upon your needs.

The staff of our local registration desk can answer your more detailed questions about your medical consultation. Upon subsquent visits you can go directly to the local registration desks, without stopping by our central registration desk.
