Our general visitation policy is designed to ensure our patient’s safety. We have open visitation on Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays from 16:00-18:00, excluding our neonatology and ICU wards, which have restricted access policies.  

To ensure sanitation and proper hygiene to protect our patients, we require visitors to wear provided nylon shoe covers, disinfect their hands, and wear protective masks if they have any cold or flu symptoms before entering the departments. Due to strict patient hygiene requirements, some wards require all visitors to wear provided hygienic overcoats.   

We enforce strict hospital patient privacy policies to protect our patients’ right to privacy. During hospital admittance, we ask our patients to provide us with a list of people authorized to receive all results of examinations, procedures, clinical tests and to be updated about the patient status during the entire treatment process. All patient information is provided only by the treating physician.
