Patient Monitoring and Treatment Management

We provide continous patient monitoring which allows us to make tactical adjustments based on results and medical innovations to manage the treatment process effectiveness by observing the following:

  • The radiotherapy effects on the affected tissues typically become apparent towards the end of the treatment course and continue for several months to decades.
  • The radiotherapy effects on healthy tissues become apparent during the treatment course, and can sometimes appear several months or even decades after treatment.
  • To increase tumor treatment effectiveness while minimizing complications to surrounding healthy tissues, new radiotherapy protocols and combinations with medication therapies are constantly being developed.
  • All treatment results are monitored for different staged and types of cancers and different treatment protocols.
  • We develop new standardized treatment protocols based on research publication data and our own clinical data.

Treatment plan management during the radiotherapy process

On a regular basis, we assess the accuracy of patient coordinates as well as the precision of the anatomic topography and dosage plans to make any necessary adjustments. Upon any significant changes to the tumor volume or to any patient spatial contours, we implement corrections and/or prepare a new plan based on the changes and new patient data.
