In-Patient

The department has dedicated hospital sector for in-patient treatment, in which patients suffering from serious dermatological and venerological diseases can be admitted into a hospital room for advanced treatments.

Tokuda Hospital Sofia surgically removes all types and forms of benign and cancerous skin growths.

The most common skin growths removed under hospital conditions are skin carcinomas. We administer local anesthetic when surgically removing moles, which prevents pain and ensures the patient’s comfort. Typically, the mole and surrounding skin are removed leaving the healthy tissue which is surgically stitched, and the stitches can be removed within 7-10 days. After release, the patients’condition is monitored by the dermatologists.
