Assoc. prof. Zhelyazko Arabadzhiev, MD, PhD, Medical Oncology Dept. Chief
Krasimir Oreshkov, MD, Oncologist, Internist Dr. Oreshkov graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 1990. He has acquired two specializations in ‘Internal Diseases’ and ‘Oncology’ with the latter one acquired in France. He has worked in the Institute for Lung Diseases of the General Hospital ‘Saint Sofia’ in the Department of Emergency and Intensive Pulmonary Therapy. He started working in the Intensive Cardiology Clinic of the 5th Multidisciplinary Hospital for Active Treatment Sofia in 1998. He went to France in the end of 1999 where he acquires a specialization in ‘Medical Oncology’ from the University Hospital in Nant. He completed a course in cell and tissue biotherapy. He has been part of the medical team of Tokuda Hospital Sofia since April 2007. He is a member of the Bulgarian Oncology Association.
Dr. Tanya Lyobomirova, Oncologist, Internist Dr. Lyubomirova graduated in medicine from the Medical University Sofia in 2001. In 2008 she acquired a Internal Diseases specialty and in 2016 - Oncology specialty. From 2004 to 2009, she worked in the Internal Department of the Multiprofile Hospital Ihtiman. From 2009 to 2012 she worked as a physician in Tokuda Hospice. Since March 2012, she has been a part of Hematology and Oncology Clinic's medical team in Tokuda Hospital Sofia.
Ahmed Kontilev, MD, Oncologist Dr. Kontilev graduated from the Medical University Sofia in 2009. From January 2012 to January 2013, he worked as a medical intern in National Reference Laboratory for Immunology to the National Centre of Infectious and Parasitic Diseases. From May 2012 to July 2014 he conducted a specialization on Internal Diseases in Military Medical Academy Sofia. From January 2013 he has been a physician in the Clinics for Hematology and Oncology and from July 2014 he has become a regular specialisant in the Medical Oncology to the Clinics of Hematology of Tokuda Hospital Sofia. He acquired oncology specialty in 2018. His professional interests are in the targeted therapy sphere and the individualized approach for medical treatment of cancer patients.
Eliz Tazimova, MD, Oncology Resident Physician Dr. Tazimova graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2013. From 20th September 2010 to 28 March 2011she worked as a consultant in the pharmacy Machfarma LTD. From 1 June 2011 to 1 April 2012 she worked as a consultant in Selecta International LTD. From 1 April 2012 to 1 April 2013 she became a medical representative in Selecta International LTD. From July 2014 to March 2015 she was a medical intern in the Department of Medical Oncology in the Multidisciplinary Hospital ‘Sofia Med’. From February 2015 she became a regular specialist in the department of Medical Oncology in Tokuda Hospital Sofia. Her professional interests are in the sphere of the targeted theraphy and the individualized approach to treating cancer patients.

The hospital has a parking lot for patients and visitors. The first 30 min. are free of charge, every next hour is 3BGN/hrs.
IMPORTANT! Have in mind that the parking lot is very busy Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 14.00. The hospital team will appreciate if those whose health condition allow, take the drop off option without parking or use other transport means or alternative parking lots in the area.

Metro lines: You can get off at James Bourchier or Vitosha metro station and walk to the hospital.


From the Central Railway Station

Bus: take bus #305 and get off at Romanian Embassy stop, then transfer to bus #120 to Tokuda Hospital stop.

Metro: Take metro line Nadezda-Lozenetz and get off either at James Bourchier or Vitosha metro station, then walk to the hospital.
