04 may 2017

The Symposium is the sixth consecutive meeting of Radiology Together, an organization of the post-graduate students in Radiology Specialists under the aegis of the Bulgarian Society of Cardiothoracic Radiology

A Seminar on ER Radiology by Radiology Together under the aegis of the Bulgarian Society of Cardiothoracic Radiology was held on 2-3 June at Tokuda Hospital. This is the 6th consecutive meeting of the organization since 2006 and brought together specialists and post-graduates in the field of radiology and other related fields whose views are deeply appreciated.

The event once again included a variety of lectures, interesting case studies and interactive workshops aimed at educating and supplementing the knowledge of the attendees as well as making them familiar with newly established trends and recommendations for good medical practice.

The symposium had international participation – foreign guest lecturers, a novelty for the Radiology Together meetings. This is a natural result of the expansion of the organization, as well as the aspirations of young radiologists to broaden their horizons. Moreover, a new abstracts book was introduced to familiarize the pre-registered participants with the topics to be discussed. The publication was carried out with the help and assistance of the Medical University – Varna. The Bulgarian Association in Cardiothoracic Radiology is applying for CME accreditation of the event pursuant to the UEMS requirements.

The organization of the event was supported by Bracco, Siemens, Bayer, GE and Software Company.
