Radiotherapy

Our modern radiotherapy department was established to deliver world class medical care and provide multidisciplinary and full cycle oncology treatment in collaboration with our surgical teams, hematology and chemotherapy department, oncologists, and our oncology committee.

The department is equipped with two linear accelerators. The equipment provides Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), allowing application of significantly higher radiation doses while maximally preserving healthy organs and tissues.

The second machine, launched in the spring of 2018, is a latest generation linear accelerator Halcyon by the world's leading manufacturer Varian. The device applies the modern therapy schemes with increased precision and speed compared to the linear accelerators from the previous generation.
